Arcy is a boutique consultancy firm based in Singapore, operating at the intersection of higher education and business.
We design, develop, and deliver postgraduate programmes across Asia in collaboration with leading universities. Our expertise spans a range of disciplines, including Finance, International Business, Management, Organisational Change, Culture Transformation, and Sustainability. Our programmes combine academic rigour with practical business insights, equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills to lead in an evolving global economy.
In addition to education, Arcy advises early-stage SMEs on financial strategy, investment readiness, investor engagement, and investor relations. Guided by the belief that educators should also be practitioners, Arcy works closely with AD Advisory to provide practical, business-focused solutions.
At Arcy, we bridge the worlds of academia and industry, empowering both individuals and organisations through practical knowledge, strategic advice, and meaningful partnerships.
Finally, Arcy incubated OffKAMPUS for three years. This venture was launched as an innovative programme and became the first ASEAN-focused undergraduate e-exchange platform, promoting cross-cultural collaboration and experiential learning. Through partnerships with 10 leading corporations, students gained exposure to real-world business challenges and opportunities. Following the development of the platform, Arcy stepped down from its involvement in May 2026.
About Us
Arcy, a Sole Proprietorship based in Singapore was set up in March 2024 by Amelie Remond. More recently, Arcy has started to collaborate with AD Advisors, also based in Singapore.
Amelie Remond
Founder and Director, Incorporated in Singapore.
Amelie Remond is a versatile senior professional with 30 years of professional experience in building sales strategies in the APAC region for asset managers. She has expertise in ESG investments and is a strong advocate for challenging the status quo.
She is the Former CEO of B Lab Singapore and spent 25 years in various sales and business development roles at Abrdn, ABN AMRO, AMUNDI, BNP Paribas Group and AXA. She was also the former Human Resource Director at Happy Chandara Cambodia. She also teachs at ESSEC Business School Singapore
Amelie Remond is French and a Singaporean permanent resident. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership in Sustainability at Malmö University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Management at the University of Paris.

OffKAMPUS Venture (2022-2026)
Besides her expertise in Asset management and strategic partnership, Amelie is passionate about education, and is a lecturer at ESSEC Business School in Singapore. In addition, Arcy Consulting supports OffKAMPUS, a non-profit initiative founded in 2021 that was rebranded from Merlion Exchange Program (Merlion ExP) in 2025.
The mission of OffKAMPUS is to connect Students from selected Higher Education Institutions in ASEAN to improve cross-cultural competencies and to understand better Sustainability interdependencies in the Region.
